Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Bizzvis LLC ("Bizzvis," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, subscribing to, or using any Bizzvis service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Our services are offered to clients located in the United States and Canada. By using our services, you confirm that you are located in one of these jurisdictions and that your use of the services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Bizzvis provides professionally designed and managed websites for small businesses under monthly subscription plans. Each plan includes website design, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and a defined number of content updates per month. Full details of what is included in each plan are set out in our Service Terms.

All plans include professional website design and development, secure hosting via Vercel, SSL certificate, mobile-responsive layout, basic on-page SEO setup, and access to our support team for the number of updates specified in your plan.
You are responsible for providing all written copy, brand assets, images, and other content for your website. Bizzvis will design and structure your site around the content you provide. Stock photography suggestions may be offered as a courtesy but are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.
Websites built by Bizzvis are hosted on Vercel's infrastructure. Hosting is included in your monthly subscription for as long as your subscription remains active. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, as hosting availability is subject to Vercel's service terms and conditions.
Monthly updates allow you to request changes to existing content, such as text edits, image swaps, and minor layout adjustments. Updates do not include new pages, new features, or structural redesigns unless agreed in writing. Unused updates do not roll over to the following month.
Support is provided via email at info@bizzvis.com. Response times are business-day estimates and begin when a request is received during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time).
Ecommerce functionality is available as an add-on to any plan. Store Basic (+$19/mo, $59 setup) provides a product catalog and Stripe-powered checkout. Store Pro (+$49/mo, $129 setup) supports unlimited products, inventory management, and discount codes.
All payment processing for your store is handled by Stripe. You are responsible for configuring your Stripe account, setting pricing, and complying with all applicable laws governing online sales in your jurisdiction, including sales tax collection and remittance. Bizzvis is not a party to transactions between you and your customers and accepts no liability for payment disputes, chargebacks, fraud, or tax obligations arising from your ecommerce activities.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time by contacting us at info@bizzvis.com. Upgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided for downgrades.
Once your setup fee is paid and all required content has been received from you, we target a 5-business-day build timeline, structured as follows:
Timelines may be extended if content delivery from you is delayed. We will communicate any delay promptly. Bizzvis is not liable for any business losses arising from a delayed launch where the delay is caused by incomplete content submission or factors outside our control.
You may bring an existing domain name to Bizzvis, or we can assist you in purchasing a new one. If Bizzvis purchases a domain on your behalf, it is registered in your name and you remain the domain owner at all times.
You are responsible for keeping your domain registration current, including renewing it before expiration. Bizzvis will provide renewal reminders as a courtesy but is not responsible for domain expiration or any resulting service interruption.
When you cancel your subscription, your domain is not affected. You retain full control of your domain name regardless of your relationship with Bizzvis.
If Bizzvis is managing DNS settings for your domain, we will provide you with all DNS records and access credentials upon request or upon cancellation of services, with no delay or restriction.
Domain registration fees, if applicable, are separate from and in addition to your monthly subscription fee. Annual domain renewal costs are your responsibility.
A one-time setup fee is charged when you first subscribe, as listed in Section 2.1. The setup fee covers the design, build, and launch of your website. It is non-refundable once work has commenced.
Your monthly subscription fee is charged on the same date each month, beginning on the date your subscription is activated. All fees are charged in US dollars (USD) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Bizzvis to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until your subscription is cancelled.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry your card up to three times over a 7-day period. If payment is not collected within that period, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved. You will receive email notification of any failed payment.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice to your registered email address. Your continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-month, your service remains active until the end of the paid billing period; no partial-month refund is provided. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
You retain full ownership of all content, copy, images, logos, and brand assets you provide to Bizzvis. By submitting content to us, you grant Bizzvis a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of building and maintaining your website.
Upon full payment of all applicable fees, you own the content and visual design of your completed website. Design templates, code frameworks, and proprietary tools used in building your site remain the intellectual property of Bizzvis LLC. Bizzvis reserves the right to use anonymized screenshots or general design descriptions of completed client sites in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless you opt out in writing.
If your website incorporates third-party assets such as stock photography, icon libraries, or licensed fonts, you are responsible for ensuring appropriate licenses are in place. Bizzvis will flag any known licensing requirements for assets we source on your behalf.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@bizzvis.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. You will retain access to your website until the end of the paid period.
Bizzvis reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately, without refund, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay fees when due (after the cure period in Section 5.3), or if we determine that continuing the relationship would create legal, reputational, or operational risk to Bizzvis.
Following cancellation or termination of your subscription, the following offboarding steps will be carried out:
You agree to use Bizzvis services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws. You may not use our services to host, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, infringing on third-party intellectual property, or that promotes discrimination or violence. Bizzvis reserves the right to refuse service or remove content that violates this policy, without prior notice and without refund.
Bizzvis warrants that it will perform services with reasonable care and skill and that the services will substantially conform to the descriptions in these Terms. We do not warrant that your website will achieve any specific business outcome, traffic level, or search engine ranking.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bizzvis's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the total amount you paid to Bizzvis in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bizzvis LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the services; (b) content you provide to Bizzvis; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For clients located in Canada, nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection or privacy laws.
Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration in King County, Washington, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are a consumer located in Canada, you may have the right to resolve disputes through applicable provincial consumer dispute resolution mechanisms. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue promptly and fairly.
Bizzvis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of material changes via email to your registered address. Your continued use of the services after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you may cancel your subscription before the effective date of the changes.
